Goods are only supplied on the condition that the purchaser has read and fully accepted our Terms of Trading as detailed below. The placing of an order is deemed as confirmation that the customer has accepted our terms and conditions of sale.
TITLE OF GOODS
The Goods shall not pass to any persons or companies until all monies owed to Equine Tendon have been paid in full. Until such time, the customer must bear all risks and shall insure those goods against loss or damage. Equine Tendon shall be entitled, at any time, to repossess the goods whether with or without notice and Equine Tendon and its employees or agents shall have the right to enter upon the premises of the customer for the purposes of effecting such repossessions.

All products offered on the website are sold subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
PRICES
All our products are automatically priced in Euro. Prices include vat @ 23% where applicable.
PAYMENT
Payment will be taken when the order is completed online through a secure server by credit or debit card or through Stripe (see Privacy Policy). For your own security, we ask all customers not to email their credit details as we cannot be held responsible should any problems arise.
SHIPPING
All Equine Tendon deliveries are sent via courier service. We ask that all details provided are accurate, including the correct postcode. An up-to-date phone number is necessary, as couriers will contact the recipient of the parcel to arrange delivery. If we do not have the product in stock, we often request that our suppliers to ship the product directly from their warehouse to you. For this purpose, and only this purpose, we will need to share your delivery address and contact details. By proceeding to “Place Order,” you agree to this sharing of details.
