Eligibility

– Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

– Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Exclusions

– Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

– Digital/educational products are non-refundable once accessed.

Process

1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, ship the item back to us at the provided return address.
3. Refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days of receipt, excluding original shipping costs.

Exchanges

– Exchanges may be offered depending on stock availability.

Faulty/Damaged Goods

– If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
